Nursery Opening hours and fees

We offer places in nursery for children aged from 2 and a half years onwards. We are open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, 38 weeks a year (during term time). We offer full-time and part-time sessions.

We are able to accept Free Entitlement and Extended Hours funding provided by the Local Authority for two, three and four year olds – please ask us for the details.

We can take all brands of Childcare Vouchers which you might get from your employer.

Morning session	9am-12pm
School hours day	9am-3pm
Extended day	8am-6pm

Fees:

At Nest Nurseries we offer session times of 9am-12pm, 9am-3pm or 8am-6pm. Our hourly rate is £10.50 for 2 year olds and £9.50 for 3&4 year olds.

We accept funded hours between the hours of 9am-3pm, therefore a maximum of 6 hours funding can be applied per day. Please see below pricings per sessions applying our above hourly rates for any unfunded hours attended, we offer a 10% discount on session fees for full attendance of 8am-6pm 5 days a week.

Optional Extras – Daily Food, Nappies & Wipes and Weekly Clubs

Please see below the optional extras Nest Nurseries offer which we ask parents to sign up for on a half termly basis.  These items are completely optional and do not have to be taken.

We also offer the following weekly clubs which again are on an optional half termly basis.

Emergency Pricing

Please note a charge of £1 per nappy will apply if our Nappy & Wipes optional extra is not taken and nappies are not supplied for the Nursery to use for your child. Please note our Nursery does not supply sun-cream.  If we supply sun-cream in an emergency if this is not supplied or applied at home a charge of 50p per application will be applied.

Holidays and Absences

Please note no refunds will be given for absence due to holidays or sickness during term time.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Fees are invoiced on a half termly basis and we request payment to be made in full by the 1^st day of the half term.  We accept Tax-Free Childcare payments and Childcare Voucher payments.

Notice Period

Our notice period to change sessions for unfunded hours is 2 months.
